We’re looking for a high-performing, independent sales professional to join our international team promoting Ireland as the #1 destination for students who want to learn English, work legally, and live a European experience.
This is not a junior position. We’re looking for someone with proven sales results, deep knowledge of the industry, and the drive to work independently, no babysitting, no micromanagement.
Your Mission:
Turn motivated leads into confirmed bookings for our Study & Work programs in Ireland through online meetings, webinars, and personalized follow-ups.
Profile We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in education, travel, or study abroad sales
Independent and proactive — you manage your own calendar, pipeline, and sales targets
Confident closer who loves hitting goals and earning commissions
Excellent communication & presentation skills (comfortable doing webinars, info sessions, and 1-to-1 online meetings)
Strong understanding of Ireland as a study & work destination (visa process, lifestyle, costs, job market, etc.)
No product training needed — you already know the market, or have sold similar programs
Comfortable using CRM and digital tools for follow-up and reporting
Languages: Portuguese (native) + English or Spanish (intermediate/advanced)
You’ll Have:
Continuous flow of pre-generated leads from our marketing campaigns (~€850/month investment per rep)
Full CRM access, brand support, and digital materials
Freedom to work remotely from anywhere
Compensation
€500 monthly support
€150 starter bonus after first 3 bookings
€400 commission per booking (from 4th onwards)
€500 extra bonus if you reach 10 bookings per month
Average potential: €2,000–€6,000/month
