Develop and manage B2B partnerships with schools, high schools, and educational institutions in Germany.
Prospect, negotiate, and close agreements to bring student groups for study abroad programs in foreign countries.
Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to contract closing and follow-up.
Represent the company in meetings (online and in-person) with school directors, coordinators, and decision-makers.
Create and execute outreach strategies to attract new partner schools.
Support schools with program presentations, proposals, and tailored solutions for group programs.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure operational alignment and excellent delivery for school groups.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partners, ensuring repeat business.
Monthly base salary of €14,10/hour + commission based on closed B2B group contracts: €500 - €2,000
German nationality is required. Native German speaker.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in education, exchange programs, tourism, or international services.
Strong experience in selling to schools, institutions, or corporate clients.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Advanced English is required; additional languages are a plus.
High level of autonomy, organization, and results orientation.
