At ELI Schools, we are looking for Sales Advisors passionate about international education to work selling Summer Camp and School Group programs to Ireland.

We seek professionals with a strong conversion mindset, able to prioritize leads, close sales efficiently, and maintain high performance in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

What will your mission be?

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for attracting, advising, and enrolling students in Summer Camp and School Group programs in Ireland. Your main goal will be to convert leads into confirmed participants, building trust with students and families through clear, persuasive, and empathetic communication, while offering personalized guidance and consistently exceeding sales targets.

In addition, this role may include the opportunity to travel to Ireland for up to two weeks as a group monitor, accompanying students during the program and ensuring a positive and safe experience abroad.


What will you do?

Manage and prioritize leads to maximize conversions for Summer Camp and School Group programs.

Conduct personalized consultations via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and virtual or in-person meetings.

Present program details, benefits, logistics, and safety information clearly and confidently.

Handle objections, answer questions, and close enrollments.

Maintain consistent follow-up with students and parents until final enrollment.

Register activities, progress, and productivity metrics in the CRM.

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales of intangible products (education, insurance, financial services, telecommunications, call centers, or similar).

Experience with high-ticket sales and managing cold leads.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, especially with parents and students.

High level of initiative, organization, and resilience in a target-driven environment.

Genuine interest in education, youth programs, and the transformative impact of international experiences.

Availability and willingness to travel internationally for short periods (up to two weeks) when required.

Nice to have

Previous international experience or experience working with international clients.

English proficiency (intermediate or above).

Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
